Set up your 2-step verification which sends a code to your registered mobile number whenever you want to log-in. This measure ensures greater security of your data. To set this up, go to My Account -> User Settings and fill out the required details such as your name, email, country, and your mobile phone number.
Customize your organizational information by going to Manage organization. You can enter your account name here, upload your company logo, add custom fields to your data, see your account users, and import your data from Fluxx and/or Trint if you use these services.
Getting started
ImpactMapper is composed of the following tools to manage and analyze your data: Summary, Reports, Tags, Charts, Surveys, and Project Data.
To start your analysis in ImpactMapper, you add your data on grants, individuals, partners, if you have them. Then you can create a project and start using all of the product's functionality.
ImpactMapper has been used by non-profits, foundations/donors, multilateral organizations, consultancy companies, academia, mission-driven private companies, and individual monitoring and evaluation practitioners. It has been a powerful tool for users to collect stories, analyze and identify their impact, and visualize and communicate their data.

When logged in, there is a Help button at the upper right corner of the screen which provides four options:
Getting Started: Provides basic information about ImpactMapper.
Help Center: Contains all the how-to articles about using and navigating the features of ImpactMapper; it also allows users to enter keywords in the search bar to quickly find the most relevant solution to a question.
Contact Us: Directs to a pop-up messenger that allows the user to directly send a message to ImpactMapper customer support.
You can also send us a message through the chat on our website if you are not logged into the system: https://impactmapper.com/ by opening the messenger icon at the lower right corner of the page.
